CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS

My experience stretches over twenty (20) years and during this period I have accumulated/gained considerable on-the-job experience and this has enabled me to:

qqSuccessfully complete the acquisition of Imperial Derby Refrigeration
(Pvt) Ltd in October 1999 and implementing a turnaround strategy of the company in six months time from a $100 million loss in 1998 to $38 million profit in 1999.

Successfully concluded a Management buyout of Commercial Refrigeration in June 1998.
Turnaround of T A Electric in four months from a $40 million loss in 1998.
Negotiated the acquisition of AJAX Refrigeration, which was part of Apex Group. AJAX is now part of Commercial Refrigeration.
Establish an efficient computerised accounting system for five companies (Everglo Group of Companies) T A Industrial Division.
Completed a budget and administration manual for Agricultural and Rural Development Authority (ARDA).
I have presented over ten papers on Motivation, Human and Management Development and Export Strategies formulation.
I am honest, loyal, hardworking and enjoy responsibility and the challenge of new tasks.
